I really can't say enough positive things about Demytri from Waialae Plumbing. He was completely capable, knowledgeable, polite, helpful and professional. He knew how to do the job and didn't hesitate for a moment to, on his own, carefully wrestle a big fridge out of its place. He did it cheerfully and correctly, so that nothing was damaged. When he came back a day later to put the fridge back into its place, he had thought about how to make the job easier and brought with him additional equipment and a competent helper. I have no doubt he would've been just as cheerful to do the job without this assistance, but I was impressed that he thought about the best way to do the job in advance of returning.

When I explained the situation to the girl on the phone, she was able to get someone out the next day. They did an estimate before starting and completed the job as stated. Price seemed fair. I needed a spigot replaced. They sent out Cael. He knew exactly what needs to be done. In the process, we found out that the valve to turn off the water for that spigot wasn’t working anymore. We felt bad but Cael said not to worry and he would change it anyway. He changed the spigot for me and in the process got completely soaked. I will be definitely using this company again in the future when I need to replace the valve and would request for Cael again.

Cael did an excellent job installing the new water heater. I was glad that the new heater is a Rheem, which is considered top rated. My husband says that the heated water is hotter than from the old heater.
